Processes

Within our production area there are various departments: Milling with horizontal and vertical CNCs, automated lathes, metal cleaning and cutting, mechanical parts assembly, bending and laser cutting.

In our milling department we perform 3, 4 and 5 axis machining. The processes performed range from single pieces (prototypes) up to large series, even of complex parts, and can be completed with heat and surface treatments requested by the customer.

We use the latest generation CNC machine tools, CAD-cam software techniques, traditional control instruments and DEA testing. We also have an organized assembly department with whom we can guarantee the complete supply of assemblies or sub-assemblies according to our customer drawing.
