Using copper, stainless steel, and aluminum piping integrated into base plates made from proprietary aluminum alloys, MG ITALY is able to design and produce fully customized solutions based on each specific application requirement. The alloys are selected and processed in-house, based on the thermo-mechanical characteristics required by the project.

In addition to custom solutions, a range of standard trays with predefined dimensions is available, designed for less complex applications and already prepared to accommodate most of the active components commonly available on the market.

MG ITALY develops Liquid Cooling Plates with pressed coils, specifically designed for the customer's thermal, dimensional and functional needs, without constraints related to the application sector.

The coils, made of copper, stainless steel, or aluminum, are extruded or electro-welded, available in a wide range of diameters and thicknesses. The tubes are integrated into the base plate through high-precision mechanical pressing, using dedicated jigs and high-pressure hydraulic presses, ensuring a direct mechanical connection without the use of adhesives or resins.

Optimized Mechanical Integration

The coils are shaped with optimized geometry to ensure maximum contact surface with the heat sources and maximum adhesion to the plate. The absence of intermediate interfaces eliminates thermal resistance and achieves superior performance in both straight and curved sections.

The coils have an exclusive MG ITALY cross-section, designed to maximize the thermal output and robustness of the system.
